Volvo Rents US hired us to help them launch and manage a new website and complete online campaign from scratch. We took them from a standing stop in April of 2010 to over 25,000 monthly visitors and 500 leads per month within 12 months. Microsoft Dynamics is a mid-market stack of business software that includes CRM and ERP solutions. After working with several Microsoft Partners individually we realized a need for a content based marketing solution that would pull the Partner community together to leverage the power of the Partner network to form an online community that would work together to generate leads. Most partners lacked the resources to develop and maintain a blog and a social media strategy. We approached Microsoft management with an idea to develop a group blog where every partner would pitch in a small fee each month to maintain blog that would feature unique content from all Partner/blog member authors. Two years after launching our first group blog we now have a network of blogs for Microsoft Partners that focus on specific product lines and industry verticals. These blogs attract over 35,000 visitors per month and generate over 400 leads per month at a cost per visitor and per lead that is 1/10th of what Microsoft would pay for AdWords traffic and leads. We began our relationship with TSC>Direct with a small PPC campaign designed to capture branded keywords. TSC>Direct is a regional auto and homeowner’s insurer in the New York City Metro area. They have 100 million dollars in assets. After building a successful small PPC campaign TSC>Direct asked us if we could generate enough leads from PPC and SEO to remove their dependence on brokered leads that had very low close rates. Insurance lead generation is a very competitive market so we cautiously added keywords to their PPC and SEO campaigns. After spending years on page 3 and page 4 TSC Direct now ranks number one or two in organic search for their core keywords: “NY Car Insurance”, “New York Auto Insurance.”

We also focused on landing page renovations that increased conversion rates, added click to call buttons, a mobile website and created a social media presence that included Facebook, Twitter and a Blog. The blog was essential for attracting linking partners who wanted to guest post. We also created surveys that proved customer satisfaction rates and asked for Facebook “likes” at the end of the survey.
